SC&A prides itself on having one of its senior
managers closely involved with each contract, with
easy access
to the President to assure that the firm
is responsive to our
clients’ needs. SC&A
maintains a core staff with the necessary
expertise
to address the vast majority of project requirements.
In order to maintain competitive pricing and to
provide the highest
quality service possible, we
staff some of our projects with independent
consultants who have niche expertise or supplement
SC&A staff during
peak workloads.
SC&A also believes strongly in teaming with firms
that have
complementary expertise. We have had more than 100 teaming partners over
our 31 years of
operations. We are confident that we can
cost-effectively
compete for any project within our
areas of expertise. SC&A believes
strongly in the
development of project work plans that are endorsed
by our
clients and are adapted as necessary during
the conduct of the project.
